Hi, my name is Gina!
I am an Industrial Designer currently based in Milan with a multidisciplinary background spanning product design, soft goods, accessories, and prototyping. My interest in design began early through hands-on experience working alongside an industry professional, where I developed foundational skills in patternmaking, handbag and footwear design, material exploration, and product development workflows.
Over time, I expanded this experience into full product lifecycle processes, translating concepts from initial ideation through prototyping and final production using PLM systems and iterative development methods. This foundation strengthened my technical understanding of construction, manufacturing, and user-centered problem solving across both physical and digital design practices.
My work is driven by a strong interest in the relationship between functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, and everyday experience. I am particularly drawn to creating thoughtful, refined solutions that improve usability while maintaining a strong visual and material identity. Living and working independently has further shaped my perspective on how design can respond to evolving human needs, behaviors, and environments through purposeful and adaptable product solutions.
